Playing single sounds from the soundboard is free forever while more advanced features require subscription.

Soundboards traditionally allow you to put specific sounds to keys on your keyboard, but let’s face it, it’s simply impossible to remember all the keys if you want to have more than a few sounds!

Sound Monster solves this by using one hotkey to trigger a search. When a search is triggered your keyboard is disabled in all other applications except Sound Monster. That means you can be playing your favorite game with your friends on Discord, hit the search key with Sound Monster, type in a couple of letters of the sound and hit Enter.

That being said, you can also create hotkeys for specific sounds!

Using Sound Monster together with a virtual audio driver like VB-Audio (VoiceMeeter) will enable you to play sounds over Discord, Skype and so on.

Sound Monster is also the perfect sound board if you are streaming on Twitch or YouTube, if you have a podcast or anything else where you want to trigger a sound with a moment's notice.
